OUR MISSION
To find, create and promote timeshare exit strategies that work for the consumer, timeshare resorts, and primary market companies.
OUR VISION
  • We will be influential in solving an industry defining issue, which is how to balance the needs of timeshare consumers who do not want to continue to pay maintenance fees for programs they are not using, with the timeshare resorts who rely on fee collection to run effectively.
OUR VALUES
  • People come first, non-human entities come second.
  • Simple, balanced, and common-sense approaches work best.
  • Timeshare is not complicated, and should never become so.
  • Win-Win solutions always exist.
  • Doing the right thing will never lead us down the wrong path.
  • Vacations are important, and so are the resorts and hotels that provide them.
  • People and companies generally like to do the right thing, they just sometimes need to be reminded or taught how. Everyone deserves at least one second chance.
  • Unscrupulous secondary market companies negatively impact the entire industry and need to be stopped.
  • There is the right timeshare or vacation program for everyone. We merely have to match the correct membership with the correct owner.
OUR OBJECTIVES
  • To increase the general effectiveness of the timeshare secondary market.
  • To increase the respectability and reputation of the timeshare secondary market.
  • To identify, create, expand and promote best practices and efficient management techniques for secondary market companies.
  • To educate timeshare consumers on their many options for exiting timeshare programs.
  • To educate, council, and assist Home Owners? Associations or Resort Management Companies that need timeshare recycling services.
  • To actively promote a positive image for timeshare resellers, renters and trade-in companies.
  • To promote and maintain a code-of-ethics for timeshare secondary market companies.
  • To find and support secondary market companies who are producing good results, working under legal guidelines, and following a good code of ethics.
  • To find and educate timeshare secondary market companies who are not producing good results, working under legal guidelines or following a good code of ethics; to challenge and discourage those who refuse.
  • To be an ambassador and champion for the timeshare secondary market with consumers, the timeshare industry and government officials.
  • To lobby and campaign, throughout North America, on matters related to the timeshare secondary market with appropriate government officials and industry leaders.
  • To offer timeshare exit strategies that work for consumers, timeshare resorts, and primary market companies.
